Hospital charges :

       
               
     

The settlement of hospital charges remaining to be paid by you , as well as additional charges ( single room, telephone, television, extras) will be made payable to the clinic at the time of your leaving.

The clinic is a registered institution. We ask you to pay for all charges not covered by your social Security allowance.

The charges remaining payable by you are generally the following ( If you subscribe to a mutual insurance company, the organization which you belong to will cover all or part of these charges):

The daily fixed rate made obligatory under the law 83-25 of 19/01/83

- the patients contribution to hospital charges is 20% if they are not totally covered by your social security allowance.

- the accomodation service:
single or prestige room
nights and meals for accompanying guest
television, telephone, separate meals, extra drinks

- Overrun fees: certain doctors belonging to sectors I and II of the doctor-Social security agreement may exercise the right to overrun their fees. This additional charge is the object of a prior agreement between the doctor and the patient and can be reimbursed by mutuals.

If you live outside Ile de France, it may happen that your social security allowance does not cover the rates
charged by the clinic. We advise you to inquire with your social security .

If you do not have social security, you will be asked for the entire payment of your hospital charges.
