The
date is fixed by your doctor. The charges relating to your hospitalization
are to be settled with the admissions service. You will also be
directed to the different departments to recover the documents concerning
you. The medical secretariat is there to help you with post-hospitalization
arrangements (convalescence, transport home.....)
If you wish to leave against medical advice, you will be asked to
sign a discharge, freeing the clinic and doctors of any responsability
and possible consequences.
The leaving procedure will take place in the admissions office.
