The
insitution has a computer system dedicated to managing the patients'
administrative and medical file.Unless you have reason to be oppose
it, the information collected during your stay, will be recorded
on computer and reserved exclusively for the internal handling of
your file, as well as forming anonymous statistics in appliance
with the decree of 22 july 1996 concerning the collecting and processing
of medical data under article L710-6 of the public health code.
In accordance with the medical code of ethics and the legal clause
on freedom of information, in particular articles 34 and 40 of the
ruling of 6 january 1978, every patient may exercise the right to
access and the correction with the doctor responsible, of the medical
information, through the intermediary of the practitioner having
compiled the file.
